2014 CHRO Award Finalists

HRO Today Magazine honors those CHROs who have
delivered on work force initiatives to achieve HR transformation and excellence.

CHRO, Lifetime Achievement Award, and Sustainable Workforce of the Year Nominees are evaluated across three dimensions:

  • The scope of the nominee’s impact on his/her organization/community
  • The extent to which the nominee drove this initiative
  • The individual reputational or professional risk taken by the nominee.
