HRO Today recognizes the continued importance of talent acquisition with its first inaugural Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year Awards.  Winners include executives that have provided the leadership needed to ensure the successful process of finding and acquiring skilled human labor for organizational needs.

SharedXpertise, the publisher of HRO Today magazine and HRO Today Global magazine, and producers of the HRO Today Forum events, announced that it is now accepting nominations for the inaugural Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year Award sponsored by Cielo.

This award has been created to recognize an individual leader for innovative practices and excellence in talent acquisition, including work within areas such as employer branding, technology, staff development, engagement and retention, and financial analysis.
